Creating a New Question or Editing an Existing Question

To create a question:

  1. Open an existing topic or create a new topic. The topic folder opens and displays the contained questions (by name) in the left panel.

  2. Select Add a question to create a new question in a topic.

  3. In the right panel, create the question. Follow the question-type specific instructions contained in the help files for each question type.

 

To edit a question:

  1. Open an existing topic. The topic folder opens and displays the contained questions (by name) in the left panel.

  2. Select an existing question by clicking its name in the left panel. The question loads in the right panel.

  3. In the right panel, click the Edit button.

  4. In the right panel, edit the question. You cannot change the question type. You can edit the:

 

Important:  Clicking Finish, does not permanently save a copy of a question to a hard drive. You must download your question bank to your hard drive as a .qu plain-text source file or install the question bank on the class Web site hard drive.
